DO I NEED A RESERVATION FOR THE CAT LOUNGE?
If you want guaranteed snuggle time with our adorable adoptables we recommend a reservation. We do allow walk-ins when space is available. Hint: Our cats are super popular! Book Now!

 

DO I HAVE TO BE ON-TIME?
Yes, after 10 minutes your reservation will be given away to a walk-in. No refund will be given.

 

I HAVE TO PAY TO PET CATS?
Yep. Cat Lounge admission helps us care for our cats and keep their lounge in stellar condition. Your admission gets you 45 minutes of smiles, snuggles, and fun in the Cat Lounge.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER FOR THE CAT LOUNGE?
YES. We must have a signed waiver for every guest prior to Cat Lounge entry. A parent or guardian must sign for minor guests. Get to those kitties sooner by filling it out here. View waiver.

 

WHAT ABOUT RULES?
In order to provide the best experience for our cats and our visitors we have established House Rules. Guests not adhering to the rules will be asked to leave without a refund. Check out the rules.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
At this time no…let’s try to keep it that way! This means House Rules must always be observed, regardless of age or maturity. You know your kid. If you think you might have a tail-puller or screamer on your hands, then watching the cats from the café side might provide the best experience for you and our cats. We have a whole wall of windows in the café. Grab a coffee (or wine!), sit back, and watch our fur babies strut their stuff. A parent or guardian must accompany all minors. Limit one minor per adult. For safety purposes, strollers are not allowed in the Cat Lounge. Plus, we want to avoid stowaways.

 

WHAT IF I'M HUNGRY OR THIRSTY?
We hoped you say that. We have a whole menu available! Every cup of coffee, slice of pie, and vegan chocolate caramel brownie we sell helps us save more homeless cats. Go ahead. Order that second glass of wine. It’s for the cats. Enjoy your goodies in the café or in the Cat Lounge, the choice is yours. Everything is better with cats, just saying.

 

I FELL IN LOVE. NOW WHAT?
Yay! That’s the point. All cats are adoptable through our rescue partner. A Cat Concierge will be happy to get you started on the adoption process. Hint: You’ll start by completing an adoption profile. Get a jumpstart here! Do this before your visit.

 

I'M NOT A CAT PERSON?
We’ve heard that you exist. Rest assured, no cat has ever stepped paw in the café so you can enjoy your delicious nibbles at a comfortable distance.
